Currently serving as General Director of LLC “SevKavNIPIneft” (North Caucasus Research and Design Institute for Oil Industry) since 2019, Ovkhan oversees industrial and civil construction operations while maintaining his role on the Board of Shareholders at CAG (M) Sdn. Bhd. His multifaceted career also includes concurrent leadership as Agricultural Manager at LLC “Artemovsky Elevator.”

With a strong foundation in economics from Chechen State University and advanced studies in Islamic Knowledge & Human Science from the International Islamic University Malaysia, Ovkhan further enhanced his expertise through legal studies at Russian New University and professional accounting qualifications from the Institute of Professional Accountants of Russia.
