On December 27, 2012, HOS International Trading Sdn Bhd, recently signed a second MOU with the State Investment Committee of the Tajikistan Government to undertake construction of a 300MW coal fired power plant in the Shurab region of Tajikistan.
The agreement is a firm and solid step that forwards both parties agreement to begin construction of the power plant. This newly developed power plant will generate electricity for the northern grids of Tajikistan for domestic and international consumers.
