On 17 February, CAG has secured a new agreement for between the government of Tajikistan and HOS International Powertech Sdn Bhd (formerly known as HOS International Trading Sdn Bhd) for 2x150MW coal fired power plant in the Shurab, Isfara region on a start-up 30 years BOT basis, utilizing the Shurab coal mine concession.
