On December 27, 2012, HOS International Trading Sdn Bhd, recently signed a second MOU with the State Investment Committee of the Tajikistan Government to undertake construction of a 300MW coal fired power plant in the Shurab region of Tajikistan.

On 2012, CAG has established food manufacturing and supply of meat and edible oils from Malaysia and India to Central Asia, restaurant business, hospitality, education and travelling services between Malaysia and Tajikistan. On 2012, CAG has assisted Government of South Africa and Tajikistan in establishing diplomatic relationship between two countries and facilitated first ever official visit of the Ambassador of South Africa to Tajikistan. His Excellency Mr. Shirish M. Soni, the South African Ambassador to Republics of Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Turkmenistan.

On 2012, CAG has assisted Ambassador of Malaysia in Uzbekistan and Tajikistan to connect and promote a bilateral relationship between Malaysia and Tajikistan. His Excellency Mr. Abdul Aziz Harun Malaysian Ambassador to Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.
