At the end of October, 2013, CAG is captivated to announce that with help and contribution of all parties, our organizational efforts in attracting the FDI into Republic of Tajikistan has been a crowned success. At the end of October 2013, the Government of Tajikistan and Malaysian organization HOS International Trading Sdn Bhd, have accomplished in signing an agreement to implement the project of Tajikistan government decree. This concession agreement defines the relationship and ensures fortitude between the Tajikistan Government and HOS International Trading Sdn Bhd also known as HOS International Powertech Sdn Bhd.
The feasible implementation of this project, CHP Shurab in the village Shurab of Isfara district in Sughd region will begin in 2014. Currently the Malaysian based company, HOS International Trading Sdn Bhd, is preparing the necessary affirmation required in commencement of construction and is developing a team of technical and financial specialists to proceed further with the project development to ensure smooth operations and success in all fields.
This proposed CHP titled Shurab, will be the most powerful power plant in the northern part of Republic of Tajikistan.
